CJ Leary Named North American Non-Winged Sprint Car Poll “Driver of the Year” for 2019

Leary of Greenfield, Indiana was named the 2019 “Driver of the Year” by the
North American Non-Winged Sprint Car Poll voting panel of media members,
promoters, sanctioning officials and manufacturers for the first time. The 2019
USAC National Sprint Car champion counted Indiana Sprintweek and the Perris

Erica Enders Holds on for Third Career NHRA Pro Stock World Championship
Erica Enders clinched her third NHRA Mello Yello Pro Stock world
championship, locking up her first title since 2015 in Pomona. She joined
Shirley Muldowney and Angelle Sampey as three-time female world champions in
the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series. Despite not winning the event
she became a three-time world champion at the Auto Club NHRA Finals, defeating

Max Blair with the Hat Trick!
What a weekend for the
Centerville, Pennsylvania driver competing in three consecutive days of racing
starting Thursday night at the Stateline Speedway in New York with the World of
Outlaws Late Model Series. Max would sweep the night starting with overall
quick time, winning his heat race and after redrawing on the pole would go on
and lead every lap holding on for the $10,000 win over series regular Darrell

Jonathan Davenport Captures 3rd World 100 Victory at Eldora
Rossburg, OH –
Sporting a “Brewster Baker” movie themed number 49 ride in the 49th running of
the World 100 Davenport it seemed destined for Davenport to capture his third
win in five years. He would collect his first win of the weekend in one
of Friday night’s preliminary features setting him up for a great position in
the Saturday main event. Starting seventh he would make his way towards
